Most inquiries receive a response within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. Paid customers on Pro and Enterprise plans receive priority support with faster response SLAs. Urgent deliverability issues, such as a campaign that's suddenly bouncing heavily, should be flagged in the message subject so we can triage quickly.
